QC inspections: basic concepts

Quality Control TipsBuyers often take decisions based on QC reports, but most of them have no idea about the industry-specific terms. I noticed that I spent time explaining the same things over and over again.

So last April I wrote a four-part tutorial to explain the basic concepts (the inspection levels, the AQL…): Quality Control Basics.

I originally published it on the China Sourcing Blog. But I thought it might also be valuable for this blog’s readers. Make sure you bookmark it, in case you need to refer to it in the future.

If something is not clear or if other concepts deserve an explanation, please leave a comment!
