This month, the magazine Chief Executive China did a cover story on lean manufacturing. Their editors sensed an emerging interest from local companies to lean from world-class manufacturers.
The leading article of their cover story is “Making Manufacturing Lean”. I was one of the “experts” they interviewed to explain how lean manufacturing impacts the production, inventory management, and planning functions inside factories.

For those that are not familiar with Chief Executive China, this magazine was launched 20 years ago. It has a monthly circulation of over 400,000 executives in China. This is the largest readership among the primary business magazines here!
