I found this funny photo, and I thought all China sourcing agents should show this type of message on their namecards.

Thanks you for this funny picture. It’s so true.
GOOD product needs Time , the price is another aspect and depends of your skill of negotiation…
Yes. And, if you negotiate a low price that doesn’t leave any profit for the manufacturer, there might well be other problems… I think these 3 elements (quality, price, timing) are very closely linked.
it’s really depend of many factors, for our business the company know we represent buyers from different countries with volume increase every month and they like to work for us. Personally, i consider the best way to do business is to take your responsibility and considers the Chinese supplier (sorry for them) like assembly company, and you will be prudent, control everything and you can produce Cheap, but you need to spend time in inspection, audit is mandatory.
More you have a cheap price, more it must be mandatory to do inspection. Personally after stopping some containers just before shipment, we are more involved in the control of first sample at the beginning of production. For the supplier, the buyer, the inspection company is better because everything can be changed at this stage for very low financial impact for the supplier and without impact on the arrival of the warehouse of the buyer.
That looks like a sound approach.
